Servarus Systems Adds Legal Protection to Risk Management Team
Servarus Systems hires Stephanie Campanella as the new Protected Health Specialist.
Fairfax, Virginia, November 1st, 2010 – Servarus Systems an employee benefit services company dedicated to redefining the entire benefits administration process, today announced the addition of a Protected Health Specialist, Stephanie Campanella to the Risk Management Division. Stephanie will oversee the legal aspects within the Risk Management department as well as serve as the Privacy Officer in the HIPAA Department for both Servarus Systems and its sister company, Hamilton Insurance Agency (HIA). Stephanie earned her J.D., with honors, from Georgia State University of College Law in 2005 and was a member of Law Review and served as Secretary for Intellectual Property Law Society. Prior to joining Servarus Systems, Ms. Campanella practiced corporate law as in-house counsel for a finance and insurance company located in Atlanta, Georgia, which focused primarily on estate planning. She represented businesses and their owners concerning structural matters, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and other tax planning. Ms. Campanella is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Estate Planning Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Ms. Campanella has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia.
