Joseph M. Zuccari is the President, CEO and co-founder of Servarus Systems, a benefits administration and software technology services company with corporate headquarters in Fairfax, Virginia. Joe Zuccari has created the strategic direction and vision for the company and is involved in all aspects of the business. Through his prior Fortune 100 company leadership experience with MCI (now Verizon), Servarus Systems is becoming one of the most innovative companies in the industry. His combined technology and business background have provided a foundation for significant company growth.
George Holland—George is Senior VP of Business Development at Servarus Systems where he is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining insurance broker and payroll vendor channel partnerships. In 1998 George became a founding partner of BeneLink Corp, a benefits administration systems company that provided services for clients ranging from 50 to 30,000 employees. George has over 30-years of insurance sales and financial planning experience. He is a licensed Life and Health Insurance Counselor and holds a CLU designation.
George began his insurance career at Southwestern Life Insurance Company and soon became a regional manager of the company’s Group and Pension division. He also held a sales coordinator position at Hartford. After deciding to become an independent broker in 1984 George began to write life insurance policies in partnership with Seabury & Smith, a division of Marsh and McClennan. During this time he developed a partnership with VHA Southwest and marketed group insurance to member hospitals.
Linda Skolnik is Vice President of Benefits Administration and Call Center and is responsible for Benefits Administration and call center activity. She currently supports a number of cases within our call center including an 18,000 self-funded case and supports all of their benefits administration efforts. This includes call center, billing, transaction processing, COBRA administration, EOI, LOA, etc. She has a long history of customer services experience and held senior level positions at fortune 100 companies. She was Vice President of Customer Service for MCI Telecommunications overseeing 4 national inbound and outbound centers servicing a variety of products. In addition, she was Vice President of Call Centers for FirstData Corporation servicing a variety of financial products and services. She has an MBA in Accounting and her CPA. She is licensed in Life and Health.
Renee Elias is CIO of Servarus Systems and is responsible for the planning and execution of software enhancements, client system implementations, carrier and payroll systems integration, reporting, data reconciliation, data import functions and data validation. Renee also oversees data transfer processes and system performance as well as system, server and data transfer security. She is licensed in Life and Health and has over 15-years of experience in information technology. Renee has also worked in public relations and print/television journalism. In 1998 she became a co-founder of BeneLink Corp. where she helped to establish nation-wide client/broker relationships and more than 100 carrier, payroll and third party administrator data integration partnerships.
Sharon Pierce, Project Manager, began working at in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative in the Health and Welfare Department. Due to her extensive background of over 30 years in the insurance industry she was selected as a team member for the partnering and integration with BeneLink’s Web-Based Comprehensive Employee Benefits Management System, which includes; Employee Benefits Enrollment, Carrier & Payroll Integration, and Invoicing & Reconciliation. Her current responsibility is supervision of the Servarus Call Center which provides benefit administration of healthcare products. She holds a Life and Health insurance license.
Rhonda Hill is the lead Project Manager for Servarus Systems. She is responsible for managing clients from initial contact, system set up, development and implementation of processes, and reconciliation with the carriers. She has over 23 years experience with Verizon Communication, 12 of which was as a Program Manager. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI. She is also licensed in life and health.
Shannon Wilson is currently the Call Center Manager at Servarus Systems. Prior to joining Servarus Systems in 2011, she worked in a Verizon call center as an Operator and member of their quality assurance team for eight years. She went on to serve as the Operations Manager for Autostrade International of Virginia O&M, Inc. for fifteen years. Shannon has over twenty years experience in staff managment, customer service and policy development and is also licensed in life and health insurance.
